Strengths weakness opportunities threats
Strengths
The availably to everyone how late we will stay open also
can be a strength as well as a weakness and it all is based on the traffic and
what day of the week is the busiest day of the week. We can also add gaming to the bar to draw
more people in as well so they can drink and eat and enjoy there time after a
few hours.
Weaknesses
Our weakness might be not enough product or selling out of
things or even what kind of groups might join the bar or getting to drunk and
not wanting to go home also employees and how they dress or act to a customer.
It all goes back to the owner of the bar we need great reviews and to be
recognized.
Opportunities
Would be that we get to meat new people and cook awesome food
and have great beer for them to drink and maybe have some pool games or music
for them to stay so the opportunity to enjoy it and to work hard to keep it
going would be awesome to meet and great new people and hope they recommend us
to there friends and get more people to join our awesome bar.
Threats
That would be other companies and what they charge and how
they get business if they charge barley anything I will lose profit and people might
want to recommend different things or to other people to mine other than there’s
so I just have to make everything better and better advertisement.so I will put
my bar out there and make it well known to everyone. That way I don’t have to worry
about my money or anything tat has to do with bad or good .
