My product is Irish nachos
and they are very easy to make and it’s not too unhealthy you have the cheese
your body needs and the meat and potatoes that your body needs so its pretty
healthy and it also depends on what you want to put on it the recipe is
Irish Nachos
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds red potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 Tbsp. Mazola Corn Oil
Sea salt and black pepper
1 cup Dubliner Cheese or sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
6 oz. corned beef, thinly sliced then chopped (Use less to further reduce the sodium and fat content of the nachos)
Cilantro Sauce (recipe follows)
Toppings: low fat sour cream, chopped tomatoes, chopped chives, chopped avocado, shredded cabbage and chopped cilantro leaves, to serve
1 Tbsp. Mazola Corn Oil

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450℉.
2. Place potato slices on a large baking sheet. Toss with oil
and season with salt and pepper.
3. Bake for 20 minutes, turn over, and continue baking for an
additional 20 minutes.
4. Remove potatoes from baking sheet and place on an oven-proof
serving tray, slightly overlapping the edges.
5. Sprinkle cheese and corned beef over the potatoes. Return to
the oven for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
6. Drizzle with cilantro sauce and scatter over the toppings.
Serves 4
Cilantro Sauce optional
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cilantro
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
1/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
1/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
You can add stuff to it or
even ask for not of something it all depends on you and how you want it and the
price varies on what you add to it. It will start out as 6.75 because of all
the stuff but it wont be more than 7.00 with add on other places charge 8.99
and up for there Irish nachos.
