Well I'm Anna i started here at the art institute of Las Vegas  because i wanted to learn more about photography which is my passion and i would love to help other people learn and do there photography to save there memories so that it will never go away i like the art institute of Las Vegas they are all hands on when you learn and very friendly when u need help.I have always loved photography i use to use my moms old Polaroid camera and took pictures of everything when i was little and she bought me my first hand held camera then my dad and step mom bought me a way better camera for school and i use it all the time. my grandfather is the big reason i love it today as much as i do because he saved every photo and never deleted anything he liked even if it was blurry.

Week 3 EOC Millennial

Millennial

I am a millennial because I was born in 1995 and I wasn’t able to vote a few years ago I like to experience what I seen growing up. And how to do everything before, I had to do it myself. It may be harder because times are different and the way my parents grew up isn’t how they raised me they wanted me to know that everyone is equal and everyone needs to be treated the same no different and not to disrespect anyone I want to raise my kids that way no one is different we are all the same. It’s harder to find jobs for us 90s kids now days though I hope that changes.

Making money for good

I chose wwf charity they are trying to save animals that are endangered they go all around the world to help save animals and to keep them alive and to help our world survive.WWF has been going for more than 50 years to protect the nature we live in and to protect the animals.

Week 2 EOC Video games

Video games

I chose crazy taxi which was a saga game and it still works till today I don’t think that video games are bad or bad for health like other people do it’s based on the parents and how much they let then use it I know when I have kids that they can play as long as they get there stuff done. The game was created in 1999. They have gone from saga to play station. They even have an app nobody really hates the app they don’t have bad things to say at least I use to play it as a kid I love and loved that game. 

Week1 EOC: great customer service

Great Customer service experience

I had really good customer service when I was at smiths and I needed help finding something other than that I its normally ok I haven’t had great in a long time because people are rude and don’t like their job. The guy that helped me was very kind and helpful that he even asked his boss for more information. And it was all over juice. He was very kind and respectful and didn’t have a problem. Even if he couldn’t find it he was really patient with us until we he found out where to get it and or order it.

Week 1 EOC: my voice

 

   Hello I’m Anna Taylor I have been at the art institute of Las Vegas for a year now and I enjoy the hands on work that we do for photography and the teachers are kind and help you work all the time it’s never boring when you’re doing something you enjoy it’s like all colleges you have some boring classes that you have to take but that’s good if u get them out of the way right away. I personally love photography I always have and having the chance to go to the next level and to achieve my goals. I started taking pictures when I was little on a Polaroid camera I took pictures of everything. My grandfather taught me to never get rid of any of my photos even if there not perfect it’s still a memory its better to have copies than to lose them all forever. I love to capture the moment so I plan on owning my own business someday and help people with what they want in their photos it’s a memory that never goes away and it’s nice to have them. I don’t know for sure where I want to go to open my business I want to travel one day so I might have one stable office and then travel to people. I want to take photos every day of when I have kids I want the moments to last a life time I love how it’s just there and doesn’t go away. Just like the saying take a picture it last longer it dose u get that funny or perfect moment and it freezes in time. I want everything to freeze in time and look back on them years later to see the work get better and to fix what needs to look better. Photography is a passion if you really don’t want to do it then your photos won’t be the way you see it in real life. You have to want to do it to make it work if you think you can’t do it then you can’t do it. You have to want it. That’s the only way to get it done and to move forward. There are a lot of people out there that can take your spot if u doesn’t try to succeed. I feel that everyone really can do what they want if they go out and do it don’t let anyone tell you different. Also if you do go out and take photos and fail you just keep on trying and don’t stop until you are happy with it it doesn’t matter what other people think. It’s your work not there’s so they have no say in what you do or how they may like it. To be honest I think that anyone can really do photography you just have to have the eye to complete what you think is better and to find the right places or poses to set up for each person and place. Photography is the best thing that has happened you can freeze time and it won’t go away unless you lose it. There are a lot of different styles and ways to do things with photography and to go and take the same picture that everyone takes maybe someone will like yours better than someone else photo and maybe buy it. It all depends on the passion to put in and what you do to fix and to make it better than what it is or was. PASSION is everything in what you want to do in life. Just do it doesn’t stop for nothing if you love it then you should do what you love. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise because it’s not fair to you and they really don’t care at the end of the day it’s what you want that’s why I am doing what I am I was told by many people that I wouldn’t make it as far as I did. And I proved them wrong and I’m going to follow my dreams and goals that I sat years ago because I want to prove that I’m not a frailer and that I can do anything if I set my mind to it. I don’t care what people think of my work if I’m happy with it then that’s all that matters there’s always someone out there that wants your work not the other persons they chose you so if you like it that’s all that matters. I have had people love my work and I have had people hate my work. I had people tell me I can’t do it and I won’t be able to succeed and I have had people tell me all you have to do is work hard and you got this it’s just like photography you just have to try and try. People are always going to tell you that you can’t and that you can just follow and listen to yourself it’s never going to go away it’s not going to stop your photography is the way you want it. That’s what I think I don’t let anyone tell me that it’s not good enough and that its two good there’s no photo that’s to good you can only make them better not worse. Photography is one thing that is a great way to get to know people. I love to take photos of my family and my dogs. I want to try to have my family involved in my photography business. It’s good to have people to help you out especially people you love I want to do a lot of people photography and landscape photography. I like to do people photography on landscape because it’s a good backdrop to use and to capture the moment. Photography will be here a life time you just have to know how to make it better than other people. My passion all started from family and they all support me and follow me all the way that’s why the art institute is the best for it because they base most of everything on how do it and how to make it better. I never want to stop what I believe in and how to make it better than when I first started and to show my kids one day that if you try you will succeed you just have to try hard and not give up no matter what people say to you it’s an awesome feeling to prove to all the people that told you that you couldn’t make it or succeed. People don’t need to put you down its not healthy to follow what they say to you or how they like to see you in pain just jump up and do what you want and go for your goals. I love photography and I don’t think that I will ever get tired of it or stop doing what I love and keep my goals on going until I die and I want to pass it on to my kids and want them to always capture the moment and follow what they what in their life goals and how to make it better.
